Blazin' Bison No-Hassle Guarantee

Lifetime Warranty: We will replace or refund, at our option, any Blazin' Bison branded product. No packaging and/or receipt required. Simply return the product to us, and that's it (Sorry, C.O.D.’s not accepted).

Product line improvements are always being made so we cannot guarantee that we can replace your product with the exact same model. If we don’t have that exact model, we’ll match it as closely as we can with the current product.

Our warranty does not cover battery leakage, normal wear-and-tear, or damage resulting from abuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use contrary to Blazin' Bison's user manuals.

Except as specified above or prohibited by applicable law: all express or implied conditions and warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of any informational content, are hereby excluded and disclaimed by Blazin' Bison; and in no event will Blazin' Bison be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages howsoever arising and regardless of the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
